service
of process
pursuant
to Nevada
Revised
Statutes,
Nevada
Administration
Code,
or the
Nevada
Rules
of Civil
Procedure.
Neither
CATS
nor
our
staff
makes
a determination
or any
representation
that
the
service
is proper.
Accordingly,
proper
or improper
service
of process
is the
responsibility
of a
court
of competent
jurisdiction.
Subpoenas:
CATS
may
accept
subpoenas
requesting
entity
records,
on behalf
of the
entity.
Consent:
Pursuant
to applicable
statutes,
CATS
is your
designated
Statutory
Registered
Agent
for
your
entity,
as filed
with
the
Secretary
of State,
State
of Nevada.
Service
of Process:
The
staff
member
of
CATS
accepting
the
service
at our
corporate
offices
will
complete
and
provide
a document
to be
attached
to the
documents,
as serviced,
therein
providing
for
your
record,
the
following:
date
and
time
of the
service;
entity
or person
effecting
the
service;
notification
date
and
time
of the
entity
named
in the
services;
and
transmittal
of the
documents
resulting
from
the
service.
CATS
Service
of Process
Guidelines:
Service
of Process
may
be refused
by
CATS
at our
corporate
offices,
or upon
delivery
of the
service
via
the
USPS.
Should
the
entity
served
not
be a
valid
and
legal
client
of
CATS,
as recorded
and
filed
by the
Secretary
of State,
State
of Nevada,
on the
date
of said
service,
service
will
be refused.

of Service:

is a
"Filing
Agent"
and
"Statutory
Registered
Agent"
for
your
entity,
ONLY.
Although
our
staff
is available
to answer
questions
concerning
service
of process,
CATS
cannot
provide
legal
advice.
Legal
sufficiency
of the
service
and
any
other
legal
questions
must
be directed
to an
attorney
or legal
counselor
of your
choice.
Acceptance
of service
by
CATS
does
not
constitute
"valid"
service
of process.
